Terms and conditions

1. The service

Indexly connects to the customer's Google Search Console, compares the pages in the provided sitemap with the pages Google holds in its index, and submits missing pages to Google for indexing.

The service is delivered per website. One website corresponds to one property in Google Search Console.

2. What we do not commit to

Google determines which pages are taken into the search index. Digital Forge cannot guarantee that a submitted page will be indexed, and does not make that commitment.

Nor is any position in the search results, volume of visitors or commercial outcome committed to. Indexing and ranking are separate matters.

Indexly adheres to the limits and conditions Google places on the use of its APIs. If Google changes those conditions, we adapt the service accordingly.

3. Access and permission

The customer grants Digital Forge access to the relevant Search Console property through Google. The customer remains the owner of that property and can revoke access at any time, both at Google and in the Indexly dashboard.

The customer warrants that they are authorised to grant this access for the websites they add.

4. Pricing and payment

The price is €7.50 per month per account, plus €2.49 per active website per month, both excluding VAT.

At this time no direct debit takes place. Once payment is introduced, the customer will be informed in advance and may end the service at no cost.

5. Term and cancellation

The service runs per month and can be cancelled monthly, per website. Archiving a website in the dashboard counts as cancellation for that website.

There is no notice period and no minimum term.

6. Liability

Digital Forge is not liable for the consequences of decisions Google makes about indexing pages, nor for interruptions or changes to Google's APIs.

Digital Forge's liability is in all cases limited to the amount the customer paid for the service in the three months preceding the event causing the damage.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Digital Forge is established.
